At PMU World Live, we're committed to providing you with an amazing cruise-based event experience while ensuring your privacy and safety are respected.
1. Refund Policy
1.1. No Refunds:
All ticket purchases for PMU World Live 2026 are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, changes in travel plans, health-related issues, cruise booking issues, or dissatisfaction with the event.
1.2. Acknowledgment:
By purchasing a ticket, you accept and agree to our no-refund policy. You recognize that this policy applies regardless of ticket usage, and irrespective of any changes in personal circumstances or unforeseen events.
1.3. Dispute Resolution:
In case of any dispute about our refund policy, we will refer to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase. By agreeing to these terms you consent to the no-refund policy and waive the right to dispute the charge with your credit card company or bank.
1.4. Event-Specific Circumstances:
If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or its content changes, we'll notify you by email, and your tickets will remain valid for the revised event. In such cases, our no-refund policy remains in effect.
1.5. Event Cancellation:
In the rare event of a complete cancellation of PMU World Live 2026, we may offer refunds or other compensatory arrangements at our discretion, which will be communicated to all ticket holders.
1.6. Third-Party Sellers:
Tickets bought via unauthorized third-party ticket sellers are not eligible for refunds or customer support from PMU World Live 2026. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of resellers or secondary ticket providers.
1.7. Cruise Cancellation Policy:
PMU World Live 2026 tickets follow our standard no-refund policy. However, cruise cabin cancellations and refunds are governed exclusively by Royal Caribbean's terms and conditions. While we provide a dedicated cruise concierge (Lea Vazquez) to assist with bookings and group benefits, PMU World Live has no involvement in cruise refund policies. For booking assistance, contact Lea Vazquez. For cancellations and refunds, attendees must adhere to Royal Caribbean’s Terms & Conditions.
1.8. Inquiries:
Any inquiries or disputes regarding our refund policy should be directed to our customer service team at [email protected], where we will endeavor to resolve your concerns in accordance with these terms.
2. Ticket Transfer Policy
2.1. While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we offer the flexibility to transfer your ticket to another individual if you're unable to attend.
2.2. How to transfer: Email us at [email protected] at least 30 days before the event with:
- Your full name and email address
- Transaction ID
- The new attendee's full name, email address, and phone number
2.3. Ticket transfers are subject to verification and approval by PMU World Live. Transfer requests submitted less than 30 days before the event may not be processed.
2.4. Cruise Booking Transfer: Please note that transferring your PMU World Live ticket does not automatically transfer your cruise cabin reservation. The new attendee must ensure they have their own valid cruise booking or arrangement to share a cabin with a booked guest.
3. Cruise Booking Requirement
3.1. Mandatory Cruise Reservation:
To attend PMU World Live 2026, you must have a valid cabin reservation on Royal Caribbean's Wonder of the Seas for the event dates. Your PMU World Live ticket does not include cruise accommodations, meals, or boarding privileges. We recommend booking through our dedicated cruise concierge, Lea Vazquez, to access PMU World group benefits.
3.2. Dual Requirements:
Attendance requires BOTH:
- A valid PMU World Live 2026 ticket
- A confirmed cabin reservation on Wonder of the Seas for the event dates
3.3. Cabin Sharing:
Registered guests may share their cabin with family members or companions according to Royal Caribbean's occupancy policies. Cabin guests can enjoy all cruise amenities but will not have access to PMU World Live educational sessions, workshops, or exclusive event areas without their own event ticket.
3.4. Cruise Guest Access:
Non-ticket holders who are booked on the cruise can participate as regular cruise guests and enjoy all ship amenities, but cannot access PMU World Live educational content, workshops, VIP areas, or exclusive event programming.
3.5. Boarding Requirements:
You must comply with all Royal Caribbean boarding requirements, including but not limited to valid identification, health documentation, and security screening. PMU World Live cannot assist with boarding issues or Royal Caribbean policies.
3.6. Cruise Concierge Services:
PMU World Live provides a dedicated cruise concierge, Lea Vazquez, to assist attendees with:
- Cruise cabin bookings and reservations
- Access to PMU World group benefits (including reserved group dining)
- Trip planning and cruise-related questions
- Booking modifications and assistance
3.7. Group Benefits:
Attendees who book through our cruise concierge will have access to exclusive PMU World group benefits, including but not limited to reserved group dining times and coordinated group activities. These benefits are only available to those who book through our designated concierge service.
3.8. Independent Bookings:
While PMU World Live provides concierge services through Lea Vazquez for your convenience, we and Royal Caribbean operate independently. We are not responsible for Royal Caribbean's policies, final booking decisions, cabin assignments, or any cruise-related services beyond our concierge assistance.
4. Weather & Force Majeure Clause
For this clause, consider "Force Majeure" circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control and which are reasonably likely to prevent the event from proceeding as planned.
4.1. Maritime Authority:
As this event takes place aboard Royal Caribbean's Wonder of the Seas, we are subject to maritime regulations, Coast Guard directives, and Royal Caribbean's operational decisions regarding weather, port changes, mechanical issues, or itinerary modifications.
4.2. Royal Caribbean Authority:
In cases of weather emergencies, maritime safety concerns, or operational requirements, Royal Caribbean has ultimate authority over vessel operations, itinerary changes, and safety protocols. Any resulting changes do not constitute grounds for PMU World Live ticket refunds.
4.3. Event Continuation:
The event will proceed according to the ship's itinerary and operational status. If circumstances beyond our control affect the event but do not result in complete cancellation, our no-refund policy remains in effect.
4.4. Attendee Options:
If you cannot attend due to force majeure circumstances, your options are:
- Transfer your ticket to another individual (subject to cruise booking requirements)
- Transfer your ticket to PMU World 2027
4.5. No Liability:
PMU World accepts no liability and shall pay no compensation where the performance of its obligations is made impractical or impossible by or as a result of Force Majeure, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical failures, port restrictions, or maritime emergencies.
4.6. Complete Cancellation:
If the event is completely canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will communicate options for ticket holders, which may include rescheduling, transferring to the following year's event, or other alternatives at our discretion.
5. Registration for PMU World 2026
5.1. When registering for PMU World Live 2026, you must provide us with accurate and complete contact details, and you acknowledge that these details will be considered your preferred information (Name, email, and phone number).
5.1.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided at registration is accurate and up to date. All important event communications, including event recordings and certificates, will be sent to the registered email. Please inform us of any changes by emailing us at [email protected].
5.2. Attendees will receive a badge upon check-in at the event. Attendees must keep their badge visible at all times during PMU World Live programming and must show it to event staff when requested. We reserve the right to refuse entry to event sessions or ask attendees who fail to show a badge when requested to leave event areas.
5.3. By attending PMU World Live, you acknowledge that photographs and filming may take place during the event. PMU World reserves the right to use images and videos recorded during the event with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including social media channels, websites, and print materials, without obtaining any further approval from you or making any payment to you.
5.4. Health and Safety Compliance:
Attendees must comply with all health and safety requirements established by Royal Caribbean, maritime authorities, and port destinations. This may include vaccination requirements, health screenings, or other protocols that may be implemented.
6. Purchase Inclusions & Delivery Timeline
6.1. By purchasing a ticket to PMU World Live 2026, you are securing your participation in our cruise-based event. Your ticket purchase includes access to the event based on the ticket tier you select at the time of your purchase, with the following possible inclusions:
6.1.1. Standard Admission: Access to all general sessions, exhibits, and standard event programming aboard the ship.
6.1.2. VIP Admission: Includes all Standard Admission benefits, exclusive VIP access, specialized workshops, entry to VIP areas, priority seating, and a VIP welcome package.
6.2. The specific inclusions for each tier are detailed at checkout and are dependent on the ticket type selected.
6.3. Event Schedule:
The official schedule, including speakers and session details, will be released approximately 3 weeks before the cruise departure. Attendees will receive the schedule via email, and it will also be available on the PMU World Live website and social media platforms.
6.4. Event Format:
PMU World Live is designed as a dynamic, immersive experience aboard the cruise ship, offering attendees the freedom to explore simultaneously running venues and workshops throughout the event. This festival-style format allows participants to select sessions based on their interests, schedule, and preferred speakers, providing a customizable experience.
6.4.1. Given the breadth of talent showcased within the cruise timeframe and ship venue limitations, it is logistically impossible to feature each speaker consecutively in a single venue. Attendees should plan accordingly. For those interested in accessing sessions they missed, recordings will be made available approximately 1 month after the event.
6.5. Post-Event Deliverables:
6.5.1. Event Recordings: Attendees will receive professionally edited recordings of the event sessions approximately 1 month after the cruise. Attendees will be notified via email when the recordings are ready for access. Recordings are exclusive to VIP attendees.
6.5.2. Attendance Certificates: Digital attendance certificates will be sent to all attendees via email approximately 3 weeks after the event.

7. Financing Options
7.1. PMU World Live 2026 offers financing options through third-party services such as Klarna, Afterpay, and PayPal Credit. These services enable attendees to finance their ticket purchases under the terms and agreements provided by each financing service.
7.2. When opting for any financing option, attendees are entering into a separate agreement with the financial institution, and not with PMU World Live 2026. Attendees are responsible for adhering to the terms and conditions of the financing provider, including any repayment obligations.
7.3. PMU World Live 2026 is not responsible for any disputes or issues that may arise from the use of third-party services. Any questions or concerns related to financing must be directed to the respective service provider.
7.4. Regardless of the financing option used, all ticket sales are final. PMU World Live 2026 does not offer refunds, cancellations, or credits for tickets purchased, even if through a financing option. Attendees remain responsible for the full payment to the financing provider according to the terms of their agreement, even if they are unable to attend the event or choose to cancel their ticket.
7.5. We encourage attendees to review the terms and conditions of their chosen financing option carefully before committing to a purchase.
8. Conduct & Safety
8.1. Attendees must adhere to Royal Caribbean's guest conduct policies, maritime regulations, and PMU World Live's respectful code of conduct. Failure to do so may result in removal from event sessions or, in severe cases, disembarkation at the next port without compensation.
8.2. PMU World Live reserves the right to remove individuals causing disruption, violating safety protocols, or engaging in inappropriate behavior without compensation.
8.3. Maritime Law Compliance:
All attendees are subject to maritime law and the authority of the ship's captain and crew. PMU World Live supports and defers to all maritime safety decisions.
8.4. Port Compliance:
Attendees must comply with all port-of-call requirements, including immigration, customs, and local regulations. Failure to comply may result in being denied re-boarding privileges.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
9.1. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in line with our privacy policy.
9.2. In order to fulfill our obligations in relation to the event, we may share relevant personal data with presenters, trainers, organizers, and Royal Caribbean as required for cruise operations. We may also share personal data in accordance with our privacy notice, including with event sponsors who may be based in any territory.
9.3. Maritime Requirements:
Personal data may be shared with maritime authorities, port officials, and government agencies as required by international maritime law and security regulations.
10. Event Changes or Cancellations
10.1. PMU World Live reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or content due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, ship operational requirements, or speaker availability.
10.2. PMU World Live reserves the right to reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to cruise schedule changes, force majeure, or operational needs.
10.2.1. In the event of rescheduling, all purchased tickets will automatically transfer to the new dates.
10.2.2. No refunds will be issued if the event is rescheduled. Ticket holders unable to attend the new dates may transfer their ticket to another person or contact our support team ([email protected]) for alternative options.
10.3. In the unlikely event of full cancellation, attendees will be informed via email, and information regarding any applicable refunds or credits will be provided. Note that this is an exception to our no-refund policy.
10.4. Cruise Itinerary Changes:
Royal Caribbean may modify the cruise itinerary, ports of call, or departure/arrival times due to weather, mechanical issues, or other operational requirements. Such changes do not constitute grounds for PMU World Live ticket refunds.
11. Liability Waiver
11.1. Attendees participate at their own risk. PMU World Live and its partners are not liable for any personal injury, damage, loss, or incident during the event or cruise.
11.2. Maritime Risks:
Attendees acknowledge the inherent risks of maritime travel and cruise participation, including but not limited to seasickness, weather conditions, mechanical issues, and emergency situations.
11.3. Royal Caribbean Liability:
PMU World Live is not responsible for any issues, injuries, damages, or losses related to Royal Caribbean's services, facilities, or operations. All cruise-related liability matters are governed by Royal Caribbean's terms and conditions.
11.4. Port Excursions:
PMU World Live is not responsible for any activities, excursions, or incidents that occur during port visits or shore excursions, whether organized by Royal Caribbean, third parties, or independently by attendees.
12. Intellectual Property Protection
12.1. Content Ownership:
All PMU World Live content, including but not limited to presentations, materials, recordings, and educational content, is the intellectual property of PMU World Live and/or the respective speakers and sponsors.
12.2. Recording Restrictions:
Attendees are prohibited from recording, photographing, or otherwise capturing any portion of the event sessions without express written permission. Unauthorized recording may result in immediate removal from the event and legal action.
12.3. Distribution Prohibition:
Attendees may not distribute, share, or reproduce any event materials, recordings, or content without written authorization from PMU World Live.
13. International Travel Considerations
13.1. Documentation Requirements:
Attendees are solely responsible for ensuring they have all required travel documentation, including valid passports, visas, and any other documents required for the cruise itinerary and ports of call.
13.2. Travel Insurance:
PMU World Live strongly recommends that all attendees purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or other travel-related issues.
13.3. Currency and Expenses:
All onboard expenses, gratuities, and port excursions are the responsibility of the attendee and are not included in the PMU World Live ticket price.
14. Communication and Updates
14.1. Official Communications:
All official event communications will be sent via email to the address provided during registration. Attendees are responsible for monitoring their email and updating their contact information as needed.
14.2. Emergency Communications:
In case of emergency or urgent updates, PMU World Live may use multiple communication channels, including email, social media, and direct contact through Royal Caribbean's communication systems.
15. Acceptance of Terms
15.1. By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. PMU World Live may update these terms, and we will notify ticket holders of significant changes.
15.2. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and PMU World Live regarding your participation in PMU World Live 2026.
